Payment is by bank transfer (preferred) or cash on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation policy: I expect you to give me as much notice as possible if you wish to change your appointment.

I wish to foster relationships of trust and respect with my clients. I understand that emergencies or illness can happen, and on these occasions we can reschedule your appointment with no late cancellation fee.
