Please wear something you are comfortable in. For most massage appointments, you will be asked to undress down to your underwear.

If you are more comfortable, it is always possible to stay partially or even fully clothed.

Unfortunately, the space is not fully accessible. It is up a flight of stairs and there is no lift.

I can recommend excellent local therapists working in accessible spaces. I also occasionally do home visits (most often for postnatal clients) so please ask about this.

Please arrive not more than 5 minutes before your appointment as there is no waiting room.

My therapy room is within the Spaceworks building at the corner of Chelsea Road and Colston Road in Easton. The entrance is on Colston Road.

There is free on-street parking right outside.

We are very close to Stapleton Road and Lawrence Hill train stations.

I recommend being gentle with yourself after a bodywork appointment.

Some people like to go for a walk, spend some time in nature, or journal. You may also like to move or stretch your body in the ways you enjoy.

You may feel in need of a snack or some nourishing food.

It’s advisable to stay hydrated and not drink alcohol.

Bookings are not entitled to refunds. More than 48 hours in advance of your appointment, you may reschedule your appointment yourself.

If you want to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, please contact me and we can try to find a new time.

I will consider exceptions due to exceptional circumstances as I wish to foster relationships of trust and care with my clients.
