“I came to Elizabeth for support around my womb, both physically and emotionally. Elizabeth is a highly skilled and deeply caring practitioner who I feel I can trust.

“What I appreciate most about the way she works is that she can hold space to allow me to guide what I feel I need, whilst bringing her own sense and intuition to meet it.”

Womb & Pelvic Bodywork

“Elizabeth is magic! I struggle with endometriosis and fibroids, which means I am in extreme pain or discomfort for at least half of every month. It impacts my mood and energy levels. Since having regular massages with Elizabeth, who listens to how my symptoms have impacted me, and focuses on problem areas- my pain has been significantly better!

“She has also helped me understand my body better, and the womb massage not only relieves my pain, but also releases endorphins which leave me feeling happy and energized. This is inexplicably impactful, since no medication or treatment has helped me this way!”

Deeply nourishing holistic bodywork to support the harmony of your reproductive, menstrual and digestive health.

The pelvis is your somatic centre and gentle, precise massage can lead you home to yourself, your power and pleasure. I work externally only, and this is often through drapes.

You may be experiencing chronic ill-health, exhaustion or symptoms around menstruation. You might have tried a lot of different things and be longing for a kind approach that really meets you where you are.

Maybe you are on a fertility journey and want to connect with yourself in a loving way. You might need a space where you can grieve, get in touch with your intuition, and feel held. Massage can support your embodiment, self-trust and preparedness.

If you have a desire to connect with your womb-space, you are very welcome. This work is nourishing for women at all stages of life, and may be particularly beneficial if you are passing through thresholds, whether into motherhood or menopause, or through transitioning relationships and identities.

It is time for us to restore right-relationship with our wombs, our bodies and ourselves. It really is part of our birth right as women to receive nurturing touch, to be held and to remember our inner wisdom and power.

This is for women and people with wombs of all genders. My practice is queer-inclusive and gender-affirming.

Centre yourself as never before…

  • You are met where you are with care and sensitivity.

My approach is holistic, intuitive and collaborative. I draw on all my massage skills, including myofascial release, lymph drainage and abdominal massage, as well as techniques and points for the womb and pelvis learnt in my training with Sophia Ansari, through my experience with clients and my self-study.

Some of these are informed by ancestral wisdom, Ayurveda and Chinese medicine.

There is the potential for the bodywork to touch you on all levels: Physical, energetic and emotional. While gentle, it can be transformative.

We will likely focus on the pelvis and womb space, but our work will include other therapeutic areas of the heart, head, feet and hands. This is important so you feel linked-up and nurtured. Including the whole body is also essential energetically in the stages of preparation, releasing and integration.

We will go at your pace, respecting your body’s boundaries, unwinding and expression.

You will be supported to start a home practice and I will provide you with resources including audios.

This may include cycle-tending, self-massage, movement and rest practices.

  • Your body is for life. And we’re in this for the long-term!

This is not about fixing, curing or problem-solving. This is work of devotion and for that we need sustained attention, presence and commitment.

We are women of cycles: Our bodies long for us to accompany these cycles.

    This takes time.

    There is no rush.

If you would like to work with me before committing, I suggest you book a holistic massage.

  • I can offer no guarantees or promises of outcome. However, I have been amazed again and again at the profound impact that touch can have.

I offer this service from my heart as a bodyworker.

We all need many different kinds of support along our journeys. It may arise that you need other support, such as talking therapy or pelvic physiotherapy. We will discuss this.

I take care to inform you of the scope of my practice and limits of my knowledge.

I have faith in what I am offering and believe in its value.

You are paying for and committing to 14 weeks of womb work. This is a container I believe serves you and the sacred slowness of the work, the longing of the body to not be rushed, and the imperative to stay with the work through seasons and cycles.

However, if you need to leave this contract, you will be able to. You would be refunded for the hours not yet used. If this arises, I would request that we have a final session together to conclude the work.
